This time of year at our company is quite fun. We recognize high achievers for the previous fiscal year and engage in fun off-site events to get the teams pumped for the new year. A few weeks ago, when I got the invite for this year’s off-site, I was faced with a wardrobe dilemma. We’re headed to a country club and the attire is “country club casual.” As I am not a member of a country club, I had to do a little research to figure out what that means. As I understand it, it basically means no jeans, no short shorts, and mandatory sleeves and a collar. So, with those as my guidelines, I set about creating this ‘Country Club Casual’ look. Perfect way to say goodbye to summer

Thanks G!
Ahh this look just screams preppy which I absolutely LOVE! I’ve never been to a country club but I imagine it’s filled with people that have their own yachts

I would call this look “trad” or “ivy league.” Love it. It’s so easy to pull off and is kind of generation/era neutral. It was high fashion in the 1950s and 1960s, but will always be in style. Next you need to get Mike some surcingle belts and a sweet navy blazer so you guys can style match!
Haha! We should totally get some matching outfits
Here. . .tell Mike to “shop the look”:
